Stevie first started appearing live in 1980 with the NYC area band "START". He spent the late  '80s   and  early  '90s   fronting     " The  Boomchasers" who performed his original material. In 2004 "START" was reformed and enjoyed a  new run for several years. In 2012 he relocated to South Texas and began performing solo throughout the coastal bend. Here's the proof...
